It's setting in that in a short 10 weeks John and I will become parents. My mind is full of questions- Will I be a good mom? Will I know what to do? I'm sure once they put my baby boy in my arms everything will come natural to me but in the mean time my head is full of questions(AHHHH!!).
In getting ready for this little guy we went to our first "baby class". It covered how to care for your new born the first two weeks. I thought it was good and they educated me on "third hand smoke", "5 S's" and how to properly give your baby a bath and change the diaper.
My sister Sarah gave me 3 huge rubber maids full of clothes( newborn -9 moths) and I had fun going thru all the clothes!!!!! And there are LOTS!!! Just to make sure he wears all the newborn clothes before he grows out of them I will have to change his outfit multiple times a day even if they aren't dirty because they are so CUTE. THANK YOU Sarah for the clothes and the infant seat and swing! AND...Susie and Greg, our good friends, dropped off a bassinet for us to use. And we haven't even had any baby showers yet!

Go AWAY Snow!
The snow started at noon and hasn't stopped yet-- it's 7pm. It took me an hour and 40 mins to get home which during normal rush hour it takes about 40 mins or so. I wasn't happy but on a good note John and I both got home safely.
Baby Update..
So, far we have the babies room painted and the crib is put together. The room is coming together and I'm getting very excited to meet this little guy! We have also been busy cleaning and putting up drapes. Why haven't we put up drapes until now?? I have no idea!!
I go in for my glucose test tomorrow am. Not looking forward to the drive in the snow or the nasty stuff I have to drink! I hope I pass. The baby is very active and doing good. I love his kicks and movements.
Love, Julie
