On Sunday night John and I went to church. Our church offers a mass at 6pm which is great. They play wonderful music and it’s catered towards the younger members. In the beginning of church in the corner of my eye I noticed that a young man about 16 or 17 years old was standing behind a girl (that was about the same age) with his arms around her. AND his pants were down to his knees showing his boxers. I quickly looked to John and he gave me 'the Look' which meant don’t say anything I know what you are talking about. The couple were kissing and holding each other all thru church!!! I couldn’t keep my eyes off from them and it took everything from crawling over the pews to give them a piece of my mind.
Hopefully, someone told their parents that they saw them at church acting like animals in heat. I think we need to sit in the front of church.

$108 Down the Drain

John and I went to Omaha this weekend to visit his sister Michele and her family. While on the way there I got stopped by the Missouri State Patrol going 12 over the speed limit and also got a warning for staying in the left hand lane too long (WTF?).
I even had to go and sit in the patrol car so I could give him my information (my address wasn't current on my DL)! I felt so bad I didn't speak for the next 20 minutes after the event- John was sweet about the whole thing - thank goodness. It could have been worse. First, my tags got stolen so I didn't have any on my plates (they have gotten stolen 3 times so I refuse to put them on!!!) and we didn't have our tag information with us so he could have given me a ticket for everything making my ticket almost $200.

I've learned my lesson - I need to get my cruise control fixed!!
